*All Endorsed equestrian professionals must complete the compliance application form adhering to learning theory and LIMA principles of the WBA.  Each application will be considered on its merits by the WBA training panel of experts. Applications will only be successful if the applicant can demonstrate a level of knowledge and understanding of learning theory in modern equine behaviour and apply and encourage wherever possible positive reinforcement training protocols.
